Our Year 6 SATs results

We are absolutely delighted to share the fantastic results from our first Year 6 SATs.

Our pupils have achieved exceptional outcomes, reflecting their hard work, resilience and commitment throughout the year:

Reading: 100% of pupils met the expected standard (EXS) 30% working at Greater Depths (GDS)
Maths: 80% EXS 20% GDS
Writing: 70% EXS
SPAG: 70% EXS
Combined (EXS Reading, Writing and Maths) 60%

We are especially proud of our 100% success rate in Reading. Our Central Bedfordshire School Improvement Advisor said:

"WOW! Congratulations and very well done to you all. 100% reading! That’s what you’d hope for children but I haven’t seen it anywhere before. These are great results and the outcome of your long term planning for the last, I would say, 4 years. Excellent leadership."

These results are a testament to the determination of our children, the support of our families and the dedication of our staff. In particular, we would like to recognise Mr Hodgson for his outstanding leadership and commitment in preparing our pupils so successfully.

Thank you to all of our parents and carers for your continued support throughout the year. Together, we have helped our children achieve something truly special.

We are incredibly proud of every one of our Year 6 pupils and wish them every success as they move on to the next stage of their education.
